"We have had Eddie since a puppy but have never had him groomed before. Living on a farm, Eddie is used to a very relaxed way of life & the idea of sending him into the artificial environment of a Grooming salon always worried me.

I heard about Village Groomers and their "home from home" environment & made contact with Sarah, highlighting my concerns with Eddie. She was quick to put me at ease and explained that Eddie would be treated as an individual and as much time would be taken with him as necessary. Eddie attended his grooming appointment and came back looking fantastic, in fact several years younger. He was not distressed in anyway after his visit and I am so glad that we found Village Groomers, they really do love dogs."

"I have been using Village Groomers for nearly a year now and have found them to be very professional. I am always pleased with the groom that Skye receives and she loves her time there. The whole business is well organised from the making of appointments to the reminder call that I always receive a few days before Skye's appointment which I find invaluable. Also I have a very demanding job and I am able to drop Skye at Village Groomers and leave her there until my schedule allows me to pick her up. It really is home from home and I wouldn't send Skye anywhere else."

"I have had Mac for a long time and on the whole he is well behaved but has in the passed tried to "nip" people if he feels nervous in any way. Very much an outdoor dog Mac has always needed to be groomed but any grooming salon I called would ask whether he has ever bitten before and replying yes led to no appointment being made. At Village Groomers they were only too keen to take Mac on. Having used them regularly for a year now, Mac loves attending his grooming appointment and now does not even wear his muzzle, so good is his relationship with Sarah. Sarah has a very calming approach to all the dogs and I am so pleased with the effect that she has had on Mac. I fully recommend Village Groomers."

"Finding a groomer that is skilled to deal with hand stripping coats is quite a task. Sarah at Village Groomers is excellent at this and honey returns from her appointment looking very smart and smelling beautiful. I like the way the appointments are made regularly for you and you receive a reminder call. The whole service is both professional and friendly. I really wouldn't send Honey anywhere else."
